This dress is pretty cute! This soft denim dress features a dropped waist. The material is not stretchy. It has functional gold buttons that go up the front, a cute collar, and puffed sleeves. The dress has roomy pockets. I ordered a size up because I am on the pear shaped side and I usually need a little extra room with the drop waist style, but I think I could have actually worn my normal size in this. It is pretty big on me. I’d say it runs true to size. However, it is really cute with a belt around the waist. This dress is a good length and a little longer than I expected which is good for me. The dress is well made and a good value. I recommend!

The D-Sun Denim Dress is adorable! The puff sleeves lend it an updated look, and the gold buttons add some pizazz. The length is perfect. Though I don't have a picture, my daughter wore this dress with the trendy scarf type necklace. This dress did have a horrible smell when I took it out of the packaging. Thankfully, the smell washed out. The price would be appropriate if the smell had not been so bad. Hence, the four stars.

I love denim clothing! But believe it or not, I am not usually one for ruffles and puffy sleeves; but when I saw this dress, something about it spoke to me. I saw fun summer casual with a feminine touch. So I rolled the dice.I like this dress a lot! I don't normally wear dresses, but when I do I like them usually to be shorter and length like this one. I love the length of this dress and the way it casually hangs slightly oversized but not so much that it looks frumpy. And the ruffle on this dress is not overly girly, so I like that also! The puffy sleeves are brilliantly designed with only a slight puff and the elastic on the inside part of the sleeve so it doesn't show. Put together, this dress is actually a very nice design! Also, the denim quality is outstanding! There is a slight chemical odor as denim tends to have from the manufacturing process, but it's not overwhelming and I know it will dissipate quickly.I really like the medium blue color of this dress also! The denim is incredibly soft and is durable with a middle thickness. The cut of the dress is casual and feminine. It has pockets on either side of the dress which I absolutely love!The only thing I would change are the buttons. I really like the shape of them, but I am not fond of the brass finish. I feel that blue denim calls for more of a chrome or silver finish. So if I could make the buttons over, and maybe I can, I would do them in matte silver finish or even a shiny silver finish like chrome.I very much like this comfortable summer dress and plan to wear it for daytime outings and casual evening dinners with my hubby. It fits true to size as my typical size small is perfectly comfortable!I do recommend this dress if you're a fan of denim and shorter casual summer dresses! It's a great value at the purchase price.

However, the overall fit and style were just okay to me.The biggest issue is that it does not really have much shape or structure on its own, so it can look a little plain or unflattering depending on how you style it. The pictures made it seem more fashionable and fitted than it actually is in person.I found that adding a belt helped a lot and made the outfit look much more put together and stylish. Without accessories or extra styling, it felt pretty basic. Overall, it is decent quality, but not quite as flattering or fashionable as I hoped.

This is a very well-made dress; it's clearly high quality. The fabric is excellent; it's nice and soft. The sleeves are fully lined, which really surprised me; they're very nicely made. The buttons are actually made of metal, which also surprised me. Everything about it is superior quality; that is clear.The sizing is accurate. I got it in my usual size medium, and it fits perfectly. (For reference, I'm 5'8" 130lbs, 36C, 29" waist.)I want to give this five stars because it's so well made, but I don't quite know how to wear it. It's just that the style is very brave for me. The big puffy sleeves are a lot, and it definitely wants a belt, so I'm trying to find the right belt. And maybe boots and a hat? I just don't quite know how to wear it yet. I guess right now it's more like a 4-star dress for me but I think once I figure it out this will be a five-star dress! It really is very nicely made.
